This natural paperboard uses typically 25-30% less fiber than other box materials.  Compared to other </span>virgin fiber products, that&#8217;s 25-30% fewer trees to produce the same amount of boxes.  Against bleached paperboard, it is better for the environment because strong solvents are not used to bleach the pulp.  Also, the fiber for these brown/brown boxes comes from SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) lumber &#8211; lumber collected and reforested utilizing environmentally friendly practices.</span></p>

		<description><![CDATA[Every year on the first Friday in May, The Sandhills Childrens' Center holds "The Run for the Roses". An annual fundraiser with some of the areas best restaurants and chefs giving away their extraordinary food and wine. I've been involved for the past 5 years and I always really look forward to being there in the midst of such a wonderful cause giving away cake and goodies for such a great cause.]]></description>

All of the roses and detail are made out of sugar. It took about 60 hours to make but was well worth the time as I had so much fun doing it. The judge was an ACF Certified Master Baker and he gave me some fantastic critique so next time I enter I will be able to improve my showpiece.</span></p>
